Sandringham House

Sandringham was constructed as part of a family development of two townhouses for David’s parents. Local bayside designer, Crowhurst Building Design teamed with NTF Architects to curate this beach side home using dark tones, metal features & modern architectural details. Finding the balance between architectural sophistication & living practicalities was priority as part of the brief. This was seamlessly achieved by the project team who collaborated early on in the process to provide a fantastic end product.
